Privacy policy

You share a few details with us; this is exactly what happens to them. Short version: they route your request, and that's about it.

What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're asking about, and your consent. If you request the free book, we collect the email address you provide for delivery. That's the whole list — no account creation, no hidden fields.

How your information is used

Your request is delivered to the matched Malibu practice so a team member can contact you about your consultation — typically within the hour. Book requests are used to send the digital copy. We may also use your information to respond to follow-up questions you raise through the same channels.

Communications and consent

The consent checkbox on our forms describes exactly what you'll receive: calls and texts from the matched practice about your consultation. Consent is never a condition of anything, and you may decline further contact at any time by replying to any message you receive.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to arrange your care and answer your requests. We collect no payment information and no health records through this site.

Retention

Your information is kept for as long as it is needed to arrange your consultation, honor your book request, and meet record-keeping obligations — and no longer than that.

Your choices

You may decline future communications at any time. California residents may exercise the rights available to them under applicable privacy law — including access to or deletion of their information — by replying to any message received from us or the matched practice.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not require cookies to function, and it requires no accounts or logins. If lightweight analytics are used to improve the site, they are used for that purpose alone.

Children

Requests for teen care are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. Last updated August 2026.
